In the heart of the French Alps, Versant is a collection of luxury residences and chalets, with properties in Val Thorens, Courchevel, Les Menuires and Megeve.

Years in the Alps have given us a deep understanding of the resorts and the people who bring them to life. From the best tables and local guides to private drivers and other services, we have built a network of reliable local partners. What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Other times can often be arranged on request, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, whatever the reason for cancelling, so we strongly recommend cancellation insurance. If we ever have to cancel (force majeure or the residence becoming unavailable), we offer an equivalent or better residence, or a full refund. The details are in our Terms.

How do I pay?

The full amount is paid when you book, by Visa or Mastercard through our secure payment platform. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and our confirmation email is sent.

Is there a security deposit?

Depending on the residence, a security deposit of €150 to €700 may be requested on arrival. It is returned within 30 days of your departure, less any damage.

Are cleaning fees and tourist tax included?

Prices are in euros and include all taxes on the rental. Cleaning fees, tourist tax and optional services may be charged separately; they are always shown before you confirm your booking.

Are pets allowed?

It depends on the residence. Please contact us before booking and we will tell you which residences can welcome your pet.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes. Hotel-standard bed linen and towels are provided in every residence.

How do I book ski rental, transfers and other services?

Ski rental and airport transfers can be booked online with your stay, or added later to an upcoming booking from your account. For restaurant reservations, spa treatments or instructors, contact our concierge and we will arrange them. See our services.
