These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter « T&Cs ») govern the contractual relationship between [_____], a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of 1,000 €, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 989 742 762 00010, with its registered office at 40 B Allée des Chênes, 13410 Lambesc, France (hereinafter « Versant Collection »), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter « the Client ») making a booking via the website versantcollection.com (hereinafter « the Website »).
Any booking made on the Website implies the Client's unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Versant Collection offers seasonal rental services of premium accommodation in the resorts of the 3 Vallées (Val Thorens, Courchevel, Les Menuires, Megève), including:
The key features of each property (description, facilities, capacity, location) are presented on the Website. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes. They cover the rental of the accommodation for the selected period. Cleaning fees, tourist tax and optional services may be charged separately and are clearly indicated before the booking is confirmed.
Versant Collection reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the booking is confirmed.
Bookings are made online on the Website following these steps:
The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment (full payment or deposit, depending on the applicable conditions) and the sending of a confirmation email by Versant Collection.
Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure payment platform. Transactions are encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS certified provider.
A security deposit varying from €150 to €700 depending on the property € may be requested upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages incurred.
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following conditions apply:
All cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@versantcollection.com.
In the event of force majeure or unavailability of the accommodation, Versant Collection undertakes to offer an alternative accommodation of equivalent or superior quality, or to issue a full refund of all amounts paid.
Any request to modify a booking (dates, accommodation) is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
Unless otherwise indicated, check-in is from 10:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Schedule adjustments may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
The Client agrees to comply with the house rules of the accommodation, which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Non-compliance with the rules may result in the termination of the stay without refund.
The number of occupants may under no circumstances exceed the maximum capacity indicated for the accommodation. Any excess may result in the immediate termination of the booking.
Versant Collection acts as an intermediary between property owners and Clients. As such:
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services to be provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Client agrees to contact Versant Collection first in order to seek an amicable resolution. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator is: Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV), BP 80303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, www.mtv.travel.
